Dayforce is a cloud-based human capital management (HCM) platform from Ceridian. Dayforce provides an integrated SaaS application combining payroll, HR, benefits administration, workforce management (time and attendance, scheduling), and talent management to help organizations manage the employee lifecycle and payroll in a single system.

📋 Description

• Oversee all aspects of project execution including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction • Lead the delivery of physical security systems • Demonstrate expertise in the delivery and integration of physical security technologies • Responsible for identifying, qualifying, and quantifying construction-related risks • Collaborate in design reviews to support accurate field documentation • Monitor and control the financial health of projects • Proactively address potential customer concerns • Partner with the site supervisor to establish and drive the project’s work plan and schedule • Coordinate stakeholder activities for system programming and final checkout • Facilitate project turnover and training sessions with clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction trades and settings or experience with Electronic Security Systems (ESS) • Proven ability to follow repeatable processes and participate in Constant Process Improvement (CPI) • Experience driving and delivering waterfall schedules to a fixed delivery date • Experience in a client-facing role • Strong technical abilities and the ability to learn new technologies quickly • Experience working with or working for Enterprise level clients • An understanding of when and how to implement Agile methodologies within a waterfall program • A solid understanding of PMP methodologies and best practices • Travel up to 25% of the time required • Must possess a valid driver’s license in their state of residence
