📋 Description

• Lead and manage the Client Management Team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective sales strategies and client engagement. • Develop and execute sales plans, identifying new business opportunities and devising strategies to secure long-term client partnerships. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience, from initial engagement to post-sales support. • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics, identifying potential risks and opportunities for the business. • Analyze sales data and performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team. • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of ethical business practices. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, promoting our brand and services. • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support sales efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• A proven track record of success in a similar leadership role, preferably in the food industry or a related field. • Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining client relationships. • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to mentor and inspire a high-performing team. • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions. • A results-driven approach, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales management tools to track and manage client interactions. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
