📋 Description

• Partner with regional sales teams and channel partners to provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle • Design, demonstrate, and position Acre Security solutions to meet customer requirements • Build relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders across the Middle East and Africa • Deliver product demonstrations, manage Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and support customer evaluations • Develop quotations, proposals, requirements documentation, and architecture/integration designs • Lead customer workshops, capture business and technical requirements, and support Statements of Work • Complete customer IT questionnaires and provide technical guidance throughout the sales process • Participate in customer engagements, industry events, trade shows, and partner activities • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Support on customer requirements, market trends, and product enhancements • Build and maintain demonstrations and technical materials for customer and partner engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical pre-sales • Experience with Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), Video Management Systems (VMS), intrusion systems, or related security technologies • Strong understanding of networking, workstation/server operating systems, cloud solutions, and database technologies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Fluent English is essential • Arabic language skills are advantageous • Experience with Acre Security access control, intrusion, and related security solutions is preferred • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience • Must be currently based in or authorised to work in the United Arab Emirates
