📋 Description

• Review and validate information provided by different departments to assemble the final proposal • Identify business opportunities, analyze contracts and other relevant documents • Obtain and maintain the company's documents up to date and available for participation in bids • Prepare complete technical and commercial proposals, ensuring clarity, consistency and competitiveness • Update and maintain active registrations on supplier/vendor platforms for prospective policyholders as required • Participate in meetings with sales teams, insured clients and other stakeholders • Participate in strategic meetings when requested • Provide support to technical and commercial teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Insurance Management, Actuarial Science or related areas • Previous experience in insurance • Experience with bidding/tender processes (BID) and preparing proposals for corporate clients • Advanced Excel • Proficiency in PowerPoint for commercial presentations
