T4f Entretenimento is the Brazilian live-events promoter and ticketing business of Time For Fun that operates consumer-facing websites for ticket information and sales. It focuses on producing and selling tickets for concerts, festivals and cultural events, and provides information for ticketing and investor relations.

📋 Description

• Perform detailed reconciliations of trial balances, balance sheet accounts and income statement accounts. • Manage and record property, plant and equipment (depreciation and disposals). • Identify continuous improvements in the closing processes and systems integration. • Prepare and draft explanatory notes for the financial statements. • Liaise with and support external auditors, providing documentation and explanations. • Support the tax department with reconciliations, tax calculations and filing of ancillary tax obligations. • Support monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closings. • Work actively with accounting routines across multiple companies/branches. • Operate the ERP system and extract reports from SAP Business One (SAP B1). • Ensure accounting practices comply with national standards (CPC) and international standards (IFRS). • Support the preparation of management reports to assist executive decision-making. • Analyze variances between budgeted/forecasted and actual results, explaining financial deviations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting. • Solid experience in the routines described above, gained in large companies, audit firms or accounting firms. • Hands-on (practical), proactive, organized and results-oriented profile. • Ability to manage priorities across multiple companies. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel - pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, analytical formulas) and SAP Business One (SAP B1). • Proactive, with a strong focus on deadlines, organization and autonomy.
