📋 Description

• Lead implementation projects for new clients, ensuring a structured and efficient onboarding experience; • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client during the implementation phase; • Coordinate activities with internal teams such as Technology, Operations, Product and Business; • Manage timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder alignment; • Ensure that the client quickly derives value from the platform; • Identify opportunities to improve implementation and onboarding processes; • Create and maintain materials, playbooks and team processes; • Monitor metrics and act proactively to ensure successful deliveries.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication; • Strong negotiation and influencing skills with clients and internal teams; • Experience in implementation, onboarding or project management at B2B companies; • Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously; • Consultative mindset, customer-experience and value-driven; • Knowledge of project management methodologies; • Bachelor's degree (completed); • Advanced Excel skills.
