📋 Description

• Support the organization and management of training on the Global Quality Policy and other culture initiatives. • Support the preparation of materials for Management Review and internal reports. • Organize and track activities of the Quality Champions Network (meetings, minutes, action plans and communication). • Support the harmonization and control of QMS documentation, including updating tracking spreadsheets and supporting publication in AIMS. • Consolidate data and support the update of quality performance indicators and reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Degree in Engineering (any discipline), Administration, Quality Management, Management Processes, Production Engineering, or related fields. • Technical knowledge: • ISO 9001 • Management systems and familiarity with document control or corporate processes • Jacobs Solutions – engineering and consulting with a large global presence. • AECOM – integrated design, consulting and engineering services. • WSP – infrastructure, environment and engineering consulting. • Stantec – engineering, architecture and consulting solutions.
