📋 Description

• Monitor import processes from the issuance of the purchase order to delivery of the goods at the distribution center; • Verify and control import documentation, including Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, certificates and other required documents; • Register and monitor processes in Siscomex; • Work closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, international suppliers and internal departments to ensure operational flow; • Monitor shipments, customs clearance and deliveries, identifying deviations and contributing to the resolution of any incidents; • Oversee tax classifications (NCM), applicable taxes and customs regimes for the operations; • Control costs related to imports, including freight, insurance, storage, fees and taxes; • Maintain systems, spreadsheets and indicators up to date, ensuring the reliability of information and monitoring of operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in import processes, monitoring shipments, customs clearance and delivery of goods; • Knowledge of import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB and related documents); • Basic understanding of customs legislation, tax classification (NCM) and taxes applicable to operations; • Intermediate to advanced English for reading documents and communicating with international suppliers; • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; • Organized, analytical and detail-oriented profile, with the ability to manage multiple demands and meet deadlines. • **Differentials that add value:** • Experience with Siscomex; • Experience in high-volume import operations environments.
