📋 Description

• You will be responsible for leading the elicitation, analysis and detailing of requirements, ensuring the clear translation of business needs into functional specifications for APIs and data solutions. • You will work across the entire API lifecycle, from discovery to production delivery, taking strong ownership of scope definition, impact identification and ensuring consistency across systems and data. • You will also be responsible for facilitating alignment between business and technology areas, ensuring delivery quality, continuous solution evolution, and adherence to established standards and governance. • We are looking for someone with a systems view, an analytical mindset, autonomy and strong communication skills, who will serve as the functional reference for the team and actively contribute to solving complex problems and making decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps; • Backlog management focused on business value; • Experience prioritizing requests with stakeholders; • Knowledge of requirements governance and documentation best practices; • Experience in functional testing and validation of complex scenarios; • Attention to data consistency and integrations between systems; • Analytical profile with strong ability to resolve complex problems; • Proactivity and capacity for functional leadership; • Experience collaborating with technical teams (Development, QA, Architecture); • Ability to mentor more junior professionals;
