📋 Description

• Conduct diagnostics of logistics processes (warehousing, transportation, distribution, planning, and end-to-end flows) • Identify continuous improvement opportunities focused on productivity, quality, safety, and cost • Develop and maintain operational procedures • Support process standardization and implementation of best practices across distribution centers • Lead improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and PDCA • Design and implement 5S programs in distribution centers • Provide internal training on continuous improvement • Identify the need for new logistics performance indicators (KPIs), perform comparisons between distribution centers, and identify improvement opportunities • Monitor the implementation of proposed solutions, ensuring benefits are captured • Prepare analyses and executive presentations for participation in committees and decision-making forums

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields • Solid experience in continuous improvement applied to logistics operations • Proven knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, and Kaizen methodologies • Experience with KPI management and data analysis • Advanced Excel; knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is desirable • Analytical, proactive profile with a strong results orientation • Availability to travel
