📋 Description

• Analyze and monitor claims/loss ratio reports. • Monitor and follow up with clients. • Develop strategic actions for customer loyalty and retention, offering customized solutions. • Receive complaints and clarify doubts, ensuring they are resolved quickly to improve the customer experience. • Analyze area data/metrics and team productivity (performance), generating insights for management and supporting goal achievement. • Prepare reports. • Identify improvement opportunities to enhance the customer experience. • Perform account/process changes (additions, modifications, or removals).

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related field. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Previous experience in a similar role.
