📋 Description

• Lead implementation projects for IGA solutions; • Define technical architecture and identity governance strategy; • Design advanced RBAC models and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies; • Conduct requirements-gathering workshops; • Serve as a technical reference for complex integrations; • Ensure adherence to security frameworks and compliance requirements; • Support clients during regulatory audits; • Mentor junior and mid-level analysts; • Identify opportunities for technical expansion within client environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in IT or a related field; • Solid experience in IGA implementation projects; • Experience in IAM/IGA solution architecture; • Advanced knowledge of complex integrations and automation; • Advanced English; • SailPoint Identity Security Leader, Professional, or Engineer certification (preferred); • Intermediate Spanish (preferred).
