📋 Description

• Manage, operate, and maintain mission-critical Oracle Database environments. • Perform advanced troubleshooting for high-complexity incidents, identifying and resolving issues with autonomy. • Diagnose database performance, concurrency, latency, and stability problems. • Analyze sessions, locks, waits, execution plans, and Oracle Database behavior. • Administer High Availability environments (Oracle RAC and Data Guard). • Execute, validate, and monitor Backup and Recovery processes. • Optimize SQL queries and execution plans to improve performance. • Identify infrastructure bottlenecks and progressive degradations in the environment. • Monitor the environment using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) and other monitoring tools. • Work alongside Infrastructure, Middleware, and Development teams for end-to-end diagnostics. • Implement controlled changes following ITIL processes. • Prepare technical analyses, incident documentation, and root cause analysis (RCA) reports. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and optimization of Oracle environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience administering and operating Oracle Database in production environments. • Advanced knowledge in troubleshooting and diagnosing high-complexity incidents. • Experience with Oracle Database performance analysis, including sessions, locks, waits, and SQL tuning. • Hands-on experience with Oracle RAC and Oracle Data Guard. • Knowledge of Backup and Recovery using RMAN. • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM). • Knowledge of SQL query optimization, execution plans, and database performance. • Ability to perform engine-level diagnostics of the Oracle Database. • Experience in High Availability environments. • Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems. • Experience with Incident, Problem and Change Management processes using ITIL. • Analytical profile, technical autonomy and a focus on problem resolution. • Ability to correlate issues across database, infrastructure, operating system and applications.
