📋 Description

• Prepare and update the company’s actual and projected cash flow on a daily basis. • Monitor the consolidated cash position of the company and its subsidiaries. • Perform financial reconciliations and monitor banking transactions. • Execute investments and redemptions in accordance with the company’s investment policy. • Manage credit facilities, loans, financing arrangements, and guarantees. • Support fundraising activities with financial institutions. • Manage operational relationships with banks and other financial partners. • Monitor financial indicators, banking costs, and investment returns. • Participate in preparing management reports for the Executive Board and Board of Directors. • Support month-end closing processes and internal and external audits. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes, controls, and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in corporate treasury. • Experience managing cash flow and banking operations. • Knowledge of financial products and capital markets. • Experience working at medium-sized or large companies. • Proficiency in financial modeling and cash flow forecasting. • Experience in fintechs, securitization companies, FIDCs, or financial institutions. • Knowledge of fundraising instruments and structured credit. • Familiarity with Power BI. • Intermediate or advanced English. • Experience automating financial processes. • Experience applying AI in finance.
