📋 Description

• Identify new business opportunities within the existing partner network • Proactively support agents by anticipating potential issues and proposing service improvements • Keep the quotation follow-up (FUP) updated in the system • Hold online meetings with agents to strengthen relationships and increase conversions, as needed • Attend in-person meetings in Brazil when necessary • Request costs from the company’s respective pricing teams based on agent requests • Maximize the number of successful bookings from submitted commercial proposals • Monitor emails and quotation platforms for requests from external and internal customers • Add value to sales by increasing profitability and incorporating additional services • Notify the Pricing departments about agent feedback, rates, services, and competitors • Engage the departments responsible for the services included in approved proposals • Support assistants with complex processes by guiding, monitoring, or reviewing steps and proposals • Participate in system implementations, updates, projects, and the resolution of commercial issues when assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in international freight forwarding, freight forwarding companies, or foreign trade • Commercial experience working with international agents is a plus • Knowledge of import and export processes • Knowledge of ocean and air freight modes • Intermediate or advanced English proficiency for written and verbal communication • Excel proficiency • University degree, technologist degree, or technical qualification
