📋 Description

• Provide functional support to users of standard and customized processes in the TOTVS Protheus ERP • Analyze, identify and resolve incidents related to the system modules • Support business areas in system usage, ensuring process adherence • Maintain and drive continuous improvement of internal processes supported by the ERP • Gather user requirements and propose process improvements • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and evolve the environment • Support testing, validation and implementation of enhancements in system modules • Contribute to process documentation and the dissemination of knowledge to users.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Protheus Analyst or Consultant • Knowledge and hands-on experience with modules EST, PCP, FAT, FIN, FIS, COM, CTB, ATF, EIC, GFE, ACD, WMS and GCT • Experience supporting users in both standard and customized processes • Knowledge of administrative, financial, tax, inventory and logistics processes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields • Knowledge of the TOTVS Protheus ERP
