📋 Description

• Control testing (defining the population and selecting random samples, analyzing evidence, and defining and executing test procedures) • Assessment of control design and effectiveness • Risk and control mapping • Strong knowledge of the COSO framework and RCSA (Risk and Control Self Assessment) • Intermediate/advanced Excel

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Human Resources, Marketing, or related fields • Preferred: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Risk Management, Audit, or Compliance • Certifications in Controls, Risk, or Audit are a plus • Experience with: internal controls • Internal or external audit • Risk management • Previous experience in medium to large companies • Experience in controls transformation/automation • Knowledge of financial processes and product design • Preferable experience with GRC tools such as Archer, OpenPages, or similar
