📋 Description

• Assist with strategic planning for online and offline media plans • Liaise with media partners to request proposals, brief projects, and negotiate terms • Manage and develop the Assistant and Intern team • Implement campaigns on traditional and digital media platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn, and others • Optimize campaigns in real time to achieve the expected KPIs • Create tactical media plans • Simulate expected media KPIs for each plan using Monitor, Sainsbury, Comscore, and other tools • Oversee billing processes and reports prepared by other teams and team members • Oversee and manage internal PO processes, PI issuance, and media vendor registration using the VBS platform

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads; certifications are a plus • Knowledge of VBS or ADMedia • Knowledge of Comscore, IBOPE Monitor, and Sainsbury • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team • Experience implementing media campaigns • Experience creating strategic and tactical media plans • Experience implementing offline campaigns, including TV, radio, and OOH • Availability to work on-site two to three times per week
