• Develop tactical and strategic media plans in collaboration with the Account Supervisor; • Manage campaign execution (TV and digital), from media buying through implementation; • Oversee special projects requiring briefings, scripts, approvals, and production; • Monitor KPIs and drive continuous optimizations based on data analysis; • Conduct media studies, audience research, and market and competitor analyses; • Generate strategic insights and recommendations to evolve campaigns; • Ensure placements, including managing makegoods/compensations and agreements with media vendors; • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure alignment and integration; • Coordinate execution activities: from purchasing advertising space to financial processes.
• Offline media (TV, radio, OOH, print) and digital; • Platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, among others; • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; • Proficiency with the VBS system: practical experience using VBS and TV scheduling; • Performance metrics and indicators (reach, frequency, TRP, conversion); • Ability to use Instar for television audience data analysis; • Competence in using Easy Media for radio audience analysis and media planning; • Knowledge of TGI (Target Group Index).
