📋 Description

• Assist in the strategic planning of online and offline media plans • Liaise with media partners to request proposals, brief them on projects, and negotiate • Manage and develop the team: Assistants and Interns • Implement campaigns on major media platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn, etc. • Optimize campaigns in real time to meet expected KPIs • Develop tactical media plans • Model expected media KPIs for each plan using market tools: Monitor, Sainsburry, Comscore, etc. • Oversee billing and reporting processes performed by other departments and team members • Oversee and manage internal PO processes, issuance of PI, and registration/onboarding of media vendors using the VBS platform

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge (certification is a plus) in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and DV360 • Experience with VBS • Knowledge of Comscore, Ibope Monitor, and Sainsburry (a plus) • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint • Strong organizational skills and proactivity • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team most of the time • Experience implementing media campaigns • Experience creating tactical media plans • Experience implementing offline campaigns (TV)
