📋 Description

• Maintain the corporate process architecture • Develop studies of low- and medium-complexity processes • Handle process-mapping requests with low, medium, and high priority • Update policies and regulatory documents • Implement process improvement initiatives • Conduct organizational structure studies • Handle urgent process-related requests • Ensure the analysis, transformation, and design of new processes, as well as process reviews and organizational structure reviews • Define, develop, and maintain process documents and tools, including policies, guidelines, process flows, and operational indicators • Manage time and prioritize requests in collaboration with internal clients • Work in compliance with legal requirements and organizational standards, including ISO, RN, and ONAS requirements • Support internal and external audits • Perform other activities inherent to the role or assigned by the immediate supervisor, in accordance with qualifications, knowledge, and experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • Proficiency in the BPMN methodology
