📋 Description

• Administer and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, and cloud) • Respond to and resolve critical incidents and highly complex problems • Monitor environments and ensure performance and stability • Plan and implement infrastructure improvements • Work on deployment and migration projects for systems and cloud environments • Apply system update packages and objects in production environments • Ensure execution and reliability of backups and disaster recovery plans • Automate operational and administrative routines • Document procedures, architectures, and technical solutions • Perform technical activities in collaboration with internal teams and systems/database vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field • Server administration (Windows and Linux) • Virtualization (VMware) • Cloud computing (Azure, AWS, and OCI) • Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall) • Infrastructure monitoring (Zabbix, Grafana) • Azure AD, Active Directory, M365 solutions, Intune, and identity management • Backup and disaster recovery (Veeam, cloud-based solutions) • Information security (hardening, access control) • Scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash) • ITIL (incident, problem, and change management) • Containers (Docker) • Orchestration (Kubernetes – basic/intermediate) • Integration with DevOps and CI/CD (desired) • Basic knowledge of FinOps (IT cost control) (desired) • Microsoft, ITIL, Cisco, or cloud certifications (desired)
