📋 Description

• Develop visual materials for internal and institutional communication, including presentations, announcements, digital assets and project support materials, as well as materials for online and offline campaigns. • Create, update and standardize layouts, templates and visual models to promote operational efficiency and visual consistency. • Support internal teams in executing visual communication requests, ensuring clarity, strong aesthetics and alignment with each initiative's objectives. • Organize and maintain an up-to-date archive of files, templates and produced materials. • Ensure the application of visual identity and institutional branding guidelines. • Contribute to the operational flow of requests by monitoring briefings, deadlines, reviews and deliveries. • Support other activities related to the role as needed by the area.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Social Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Design or related fields. • Experience in graphic design and visual communication. • Knowledge of branding and visual identity. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. • Familiarity with presentation platforms and digital design tools. • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence applied to design and productivity. • Knowledge of motion design tools such as After Effects or similar will be considered a plus.
