📋 Description

• Act strategically as the coordinator's right-hand in decision-making and in managing the department's routines; • Develop, automate, and manage new dashboards and management KPIs using Power BI; • Support the department's technology transition, ensuring the integrity, mapping, and automation of reports and databases; • Build financial projections, predictive scenarios, and models to support executive-level decision making; • Coordinate the consolidation of budgets (Budget/Forecast), ensuring the correct cascading of physical and financial targets; • Perform in-depth analyses of budget variances (Planned vs. Actual) for OPEX and revenues, reporting critical deviations; • Support the team with closing-related tasks as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Economics, or a related field; • Solid experience in Controllership, FP&A, or Financial Planning at a mid to senior level; • Advanced proficiency in creating reports and dashboards in Power BI (DAX, Power Query); • Practical experience or strong knowledge in structuring data integrations and ETL processes.
