📋 Description

• Inventory Management: Define and control stock at distribution centers (DCs) to reduce stockouts without creating excess (optimal inventory) for your responsibility group. • KPIs: Report and monitor area KPIs, driving process improvements and better inventory management. • Follow standardized area processes, continuously monitor process performance, and alert the manager in case of deviations. • Apply continuous improvement methods (PDCA) and identify root causes of DC supply issues. • Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams, representing the area in meetings. • Lead supply projects, whether individual or cross-functional, focused on continuous improvement. • Ensure execution of area routines, serving internal and external customers with structured analyses and arguments, agility, organization, and clear communication. • Support the team and peers in integrating new activities or maintaining existing ones, and work collaboratively to foster productive, efficient relationships. • Conduct trainings and represent the area in meetings that may involve internal or external customers and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations or related fields, or in Exact Sciences. • Microsoft Office (Excel - intermediate/advanced, PowerPoint). • Knowledge of Alteryx. • Knowledge of Power BI.
