📋 Description

• Client Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring the implementation and adoption of tools such as Amplitude, while strengthening customer satisfaction and engagement. • Training and Consulting: Deliver functional training and lead customized sessions to ensure optimal use of the tools, as well as define action plans according to clients' needs. 💡 • Analysis and Support: Interpret data, prepare actionable reports, and resolve technical issues related to tools and APIs. • Strategic Collaboration: Identify expansion opportunities in partnership with the sales team and provide valuable insights by defining business metrics (KPIs). 📊

🎯 Requirements

• Final‑year students or graduates in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields (required). 🎓 • More than 2 years of experience in data analysis, technology consulting, or product management. • More than 2 years of experience implementing and training clients on SaaS tools. • Minimum of 2 years of customer support experience (required). • Advanced English (required).
