📋 Description

• Visit business partners to strengthen relationships, align expectations, and drive continuous improvement of quality and operational performance indicators. • Visit branches to understand regional particularities, challenges, and needs, and to develop and monitor action plans that contribute to improved results. • Prospect and register new service partners according to the needs of each region. • Support internal areas with requests related to management of the service provider network, ensuring alignment between operational strategies and corporate objectives. • Manage the duration and terms of service provider contracts, monitoring adjustments, expirations, and negotiation opportunities to ensure continuity of operations and renewals. • Evaluate and validate providers' documentation with the competent authorities, ensuring regulatory compliance, up-to-date records, and correct integration with corporate and financial systems. • Prepare management reports to monitor key network performance indicators, and ensure the update and maintenance of partner records and contact information. • Develop, implement, and follow up on corrective and preventive action plans to improve operational results, ensuring SLA compliance, customer satisfaction, and excellence in service delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education (in progress or completed) • Intermediate English • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Availability to travel • Knowledge of partner management routines/processes • Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days remote)
