📋 Description

• Apply methodologies (PMI, SCRUM and KANBAN) for project management, supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) team on the best use of these methodologies for activity definition and scheduling, with the goal of developing and completing projects and service integrations contracted by the client according to the commercial terms within Information Technology and Cybersecurity. • Enhance and support the use of the methodology by project managers through audits, training and support to the PMs and pre-sales teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed higher education in a technology-related field; • Training in project management and PMI, SCRUM or KANBAN methodologies; • Experience with ITSM management tools, task tracking and control (owners and dates), activity prioritization and delivery (Microsoft Project, JIRA, ServiceNow), and presentation/document tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
