📋 Description

• Resident Technician (on-site) • Technical incident management • Client portal updates • Escalating tickets when OLA deadlines are reached • Preparing and distributing periodic bulletins and incident reports • Certifying ticket closures through technical analysis • Operating in the client's environment (on-site) • Using Vivo's proprietary tools for ticket registration and management

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science
