📋 Description

• Develop strong client relationships through telephone and/or digital tools to ensure all needs are met accurately and promptly. • Manage the end-to-end onboarding of clients and/or vendors in an organized and planned manner—through meetings, presentations, and onboarding rituals—so all stakeholders understand timelines and key responsibilities, ensuring systems, processes, and workflows are integrated without operational, cultural, or strategic impact. • Implement flexible benefits management solutions by executing validation, testing, verification, and client/vendor acceptance processes to meet specific requirements and ensure proper operational functioning. • Validate import files by checking all data and information in the import dataset to ensure successful generation of orders. • Manage flexible benefits through analysis of points systems within benefits management platforms to ensure the plan's benefits and advantages are delivered appropriately. • Identify improvement opportunities by mapping processes, procedures, and workflows, and suggest actions to enable continuous improvement, aiming to continuously enhance flexible benefits management. • Provide necessary support and assistance to clients and/or vendors by supplying support and/or data and information to ensure continuity of processes and task execution. • Periodically analyze the points system using statistical methods and techniques to obtain insights that inform strategic business decision-making. • Perform other related duties inherent to the role as required by the area, whenever necessary, through training, professional development, and guidance from the immediate supervisor to ensure continuous professional growth. • Actively contribute to developing performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), and new company projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields • Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite • Experience managing flexible benefits • Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, assertive communication, analytical skills, organization, and planning
