📋 Description

• Identify, assess, monitor and mitigate corporate risks, contributing to the strengthening of the internal control environment and the Company's governance. • Responsible for conducting risk and control analyses, tracking action plans and promoting a risk management culture across all areas of the organization, ensuring alignment with the Company's policies, guidelines and strategic objectives. • Lead workshops and meetings with managers and process leaders to identify, assess and monitor corporate risks and their associated controls. • Support the maintenance and update of the corporate risk matrix, ensuring data quality and methodological consistency. • Plan and execute internal control testing, preparing reports with recommendations to mitigate risks and strengthen processes. • Monitor the progress of action plans resulting from risk assessments and internal control tests. • Promote the dissemination of risk and internal controls culture through guidance and support to the business areas.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields. • Technical knowledge: Experience in Corporate Risk Management, Internal Controls, Internal Audit or Compliance. • Knowledge of risk management frameworks/methodologies (COSO, ISO 31000 or similar). • Intermediate MS Office skills, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint. • Behavioral: Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. • Clear communication and ability to interact with different levels of the organization. • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. • Proactivity. • Plus: Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI or similar). • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools. • Intermediate English for interaction with global teams.
