📋 Description

• Responsible for calculating IRPJ and CSLL (Corporate Income Tax and Social Contribution on Net Profit) under the Lucro Real (Real Profit) regime — current and deferred, PIS, COFINS (cumulative and non-cumulative), CPRB (Social Security Contribution on Gross Revenue), withholding taxes on services (including on imported services), as well as posting the corresponding entries in SAP and preparing reconciliations for accounting controls (and filing them in the reconciliations system). • Generate payment slips, post them in SAP and send them to Treasury. • Prepare ancillary tax obligations, ECF (E-Fiscal Accounting and Tax Reporting) and PER/DCOMP (requests for federal tax offsets/compensation). • Calculate monetary restatement of recoverable taxes, tax contingencies and judicial tax deposits. • Ensure the monthly and annual accounting close processes. • Ensure correct application of tax legislation at all levels. • Ensure the quality of information, meeting deadlines, and following established procedures and policies. • Support and provide documentation for external audits, consultants and internal clients. • Assist in producing data for tax reports (tax cash flow, presentation materials to support meetings). • Provide technical support to Controllership and other areas on tax-related matters.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, Economics or Business Administration. • Knowledge of calculating IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, COFINS, CPRB and withholding taxes, including withholding on imported services. • Experience preparing ECF and PER/DCOMP filings. • Experience using SAP as an end user. • Experience supporting external audits and tax inspections. • Experience with tax process improvement projects. • Desired: • Postgraduate degree in Taxation (preferred). • Knowledge of Guepardo software. • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
