📋 Description

• Lead workstreams of the strategic planning process, facilitating discussions with leadership and developing in-depth analyses. • Develop and present complex management analyses and scenario modeling, providing recommendations to support strategic decisions. • Lead the structuring and tracking of complex strategic initiatives, challenging proposals that do not demonstrate a clear connection to the strategy. • Guide and lead the process of cascading objectives into KPIs across business areas, ensuring quality and strategic alignment. • Conduct critical, in-depth monitoring of the strategy and its OKRs, analyzing root causes of deviations and recommending course corrections. • Manage the pipeline of new ideas and requests, performing feasibility and risk analyses to prioritize the highest-impact initiatives. • Provide scenario analyses and recommendations to leadership, facilitating decisions on capital allocation (CAPEX) and operating resources (OPEX).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. • Advanced Excel skills. • Experience with Power BI tools. • Ability to create and produce management reports based on data.
