📋 Description

• Support the management and operational handling of corporate travel, ensuring requests for airfare, accommodations, ground transportation and other corporate mobility services are fulfilled; • Provide service to internal clients, advising on policies, processes and the best options for corporate travel; • Monitor bookings, changes, cancellations and other operational demands with suppliers and partner agencies; • Assist with the administrative and financial control of the area, including reconciliations, entries, payment tracking and expense reporting; • Support budget monitoring for the department by preparing controls, KPIs and management reports; • Track deadlines, documentation and processes, ensuring compliance with the company’s internal policies; • Contribute to continuous improvement of departmental processes by proposing solutions that increase operational efficiency and service quality; • Support communication and relationships with suppliers, partners and internal departments, ensuring alignment and adherence to established agreements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, Business Management or related fields; • Previous experience in administrative activities, internal client service, corporate travel, travel agencies or administrative support areas; • Intermediate knowledge of Excel; • Experience with travel management systems or corporate tools is a plus; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse audiences; • Organizational skills, a sense of priorities, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks;
