• Provide service to a portfolio of medium-complexity clients through in-person, telephone, and/or digital channels, ensuring each client is served according to their needs in an agile and accurate manner. • Provide client support with attentive treatment based on dialogue and an understanding of needs, to clarify doubts and/or provide necessary information regarding the coverage process for insurable and non-insurable benefits. • Support clients with reimbursement requests and/or pre-approvals via in-person, telephone, and/or digital channels, ensuring effective reimbursement of expenses incurred for services received outside the authorized network. • Perform the necessary procedures to conduct market studies by collecting data and information required to complete quotation forms, in order to identify the best conditions and options for the client within the renewal deadline. • Prepare reports and/or presentations with claims/loss ratio indicators by organizing data, information, and performing quantitative and qualitative analyses, to provide clients with policy results. • Identify improvement opportunities through process mapping during execution, application of procedures, and workflows, in order to suggest actions that enable continuous improvement in customer service. • Perform other related and inherent professional activities as required by the role and area demands, when necessary, through training, professional development, and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields • Intermediate knowledge of Excel • Experience in the insurance sector with health and dental products, and knowledge of current ANS (National Supplementary Health Agency) regulations • Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, organization, resilience, logical reasoning, and assertive communication
