📋 Description

• Provide technical support, configuration, and troubleshooting of software inquiries via email, phone and chat • Perform technical analysis of customer problems and define plan for resolving it • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners • Collaborate with the Expert team to answer Customer technical questions • Ensure all communication and documents related to cases are accurately recorded

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish (Upper Intermediate minimum) • 1+ years of work experience in a similar role (preferably in Hosting tech support or Managed Service Provider) • Knowledge of Windows Server administration basics • Ability to convey technical information effectively • Exceptional customer service approach and excellent analytical skills
