📋 Description

• Understand customer profiles and ensure a complete, personalized experience. • Act on problem resolution and drive revenue expansion within your portfolio. • Build long-term relationships through excellent service with a focus on reducing churn. • Support commercial activities, events, and requests from other departments related to your client portfolio. • Master the solutions portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology (completed or in progress) or related field. • Technical knowledge of IT infrastructure. • Experience managing a client portfolio in the technology sector. • Proficiency with systems such as Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms. • Previous experience in roles such as Account Manager, Customer Success, Account Executive, equivalent positions, or technical roles in technology. • Continuous study of products, obtain the free ManageEngine certifications, and participate in offered trainings. • Proactive and analytical profile, combining consultative communication, process focus, and adaptability to dynamic scenarios to deliver on targets.
