📋 Description

• Develop and implement health, safety and environmental (HSE) plans in accordance with legal requirements and company policies • Conduct risk analyses, safety assessments and hazard evaluations • Organize and deliver safety briefings and training for employees • Monitor compliance with safety standards through regular audits and inspections • Analyze incidents and derive preventive measures • Prepare and maintain safety documentation and reports • Collaborate with internal departments and external authorities to ensure compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in safety management, engineering or a comparable qualification • Additional qualification as an Occupational Safety Specialist (Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit, per §7 ASiG) is desirable • Several years of professional experience in occupational safety/EHS • Solid knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g., ArbSchG, BetrSichV, DGUV, ISO 45001) • Proficient in MS Office and preferably experienced with EHS management systems
