📋 Description

• Coordination with clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers • Leading and guiding project teams • Primary point of contact for clients • Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks • Overseeing procurement activities • Preparing and presenting project status reports

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field • Several years of project management experience with a focus on electrical integrations in new-build ship projects • Strong leadership and communication skills • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Waterfall) • Project management certification (IPMA‑B, PMI, PRINCE2) or equivalent extensive experience • Willingness to undergo security clearance • Willingness to travel for on-site assignments at client or varying project locations • Excellent German and English language skills
