📋 Description

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and presenting for execution a wide variety of individual and outbound agreements, such as vendor agreements, customer order contracts, SaaS and alliance agreements, software development, SOWs, NDAs, and documentation and licenses for engineering teams. • Legal support of global HR operations, including compliance matters (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act, Cyber Resiliency Act, etc.). • Assist with any office related and customer compliance matters including ensuring compliance to employee policies, obligations, rights, including matters relating to internal HR regulations, auditing reimbursements, facilities, terminations etc. • Consult with internal clients to develop business and legal terms, provide training and leadership regarding laws and obligations as they pertain to assigned programs. • Provide advice regarding EU, state and federal regulations applicable to the business. • Assist with the continuous improvement of templates of agreements for the contracting process.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of transactional experience in the software industry • Experience drafting and negotiating standard and vendor order agreements, SaaS, and software license contracts • Experience or exposure in computer science or IP licensing preferred • Strong organizational skills • Ability to multi-task • Professionalism with skills and interest and openness to learning and developing new areas of expertise
