📋 Description
• Provide routine day-to-day legal support for the practice management businesses, covering a broad range of legal issues in a complex healthcare environment. • Offer healthcare regulatory advice related to arrangements with physician practices. • Collaborate with operations teams to grow The Network and Core Ventures and improve the performance of the practices. • Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of agreements.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of relevant legal health care focused experience in a corporate legal department or law firm • Significant experience in fraud and abuse and other healthcare laws, transactions, and contract negotiations • Juris Doctor Degree with excellent academic credentials • Member of a state bar in good standing
