📋 Description

• Design, deploy, and optimize Azure-based data environments supporting NOAA’s Marine Operations • Implement CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud resources, and ensure secure, automated data workflows • Install and configure Azure cloud applications and services • Lead migration of SAMMS resources between Azure subscriptions • Deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines for production workflows • Develop cloud dashboards and performance monitoring tools • Support multi-cloud interoperability with external CSPs • Implement RBAC and collaborate with OCIO for cloud security governance • Monitor health and usage of Azure resources • Troubleshoot deployment issues and update workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Azure Cloud operations and DevOps pipelines • Strong experience with Azure Storage, Compute, Virtual Machines, and RBAC • Proficiency with Python/Bash and automation tools (GitHub, GitLab, Azure CLI) • Experience with Azure Monitor and Application Insights • Strong documentation and DevOps lifecycle management skills • Effective communication skills for diverse stakeholders • Preferred Qualifications: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification, Linux certifications
