📋 Description

• Ensure, in collaboration with the sales team, the technical relationship with integrators, operators and customers, notably through presentations, demonstrations and on-site interventions • Lead in-person or remote meetings for partners, engineering consultancies and key clients on technical developments and new products • Support integrators on initial projects, strategic accounts and new product launches • Share field feedback with product management and R&D teams to contribute to the evolution of solutions • Participate in trade shows, webinars, roadshows and product launches together with marketing • Act as a technical reference and solution architect for Distech Controls to support the sales team, integrators and major operators

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent • 5 years' experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) and Building Automation and Control Systems (BACS) • Strong skills in HVAC, control systems and controller/PLC programming • Familiarity with Distech Controls solutions preferred • Knowledge of supervisory software and BACnet, Modbus and LonWorks protocols • Niagara® experience appreciated • Knowledge of IoT/IT protocols: APIs, REST, JSON, MQTT, IoT Hub, Node-RED, Postman, etc. • Knowledge of computer networks and cybersecurity • Autonomy, rigor and ability to manage priorities and urgent requests • Ability to synthesize information and relay field requirements to internal teams • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a pedagogical approach and teamwork spirit • Good level of English required for meetings and regular interactions • Frequent independent travel within France expected for customer visits
