📋 Description

• Lead long-range planning, scenario analysis, and strategic planning initiatives • Own analytical frameworks evaluating economics by sales motion and line of business • Lead financial evaluation of major investments and capital allocation decisions • Develop business cases and ROI analyses to inform resource allocation • Partner with senior leaders across Finance and the business on strategic decisions • Lead financial planning and decision support for Payments, including forecasting, P&L management, and investment analysis • Partner on M&A activities, including financial modeling and diligence analysis • Establish and improve Finance tools, reporting, automation, and analytical processes • Synthesize analyses and recommendations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors • Report to the VP, Strategic Finance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent • 8+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, investment banking, or a related analytical role • Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills • Ability to independently structure and lead complex, cross-functional financial analyses • Ability to solve ambiguous business problems • Business judgment and ability to translate financial analysis into actionable recommendations • Strong executive presence and written and oral communication skills • Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders • Experience in a SaaS / software business strongly preferred
