📋 Description

• Work directly with clients on projects spanning all aspects of process safety and risk management • Apply engineering and problem-solving skills to meet challenging safety and business objectives • Seek out leadership and growth opportunities • Handle multiple work assignments and projects

🎯 Requirements

• 10-15+ years’ experience required for Managers • 5-10+ years’ experience required for Engineers / Consultants • BS/MS in related engineering field (chemical, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, safety) or associated science degree • Relevant experience in process safety management, health, safety and environment (HSE), related experience in process or engineering design environment, manufacturing operations, and/or consulting environment. • Ability to develop consulting business, including developing proposals and making presentations • Self-motivated, independent, strong leadership and organizational skills. • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and client service. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills and a consultative approach in supporting customer projects.
