• Digitize the full training portfolio end to end, including 40-hour medical, 44-hour legal, Cultural Interpreter, and federal client-specific programs • Own the Skills Academy module product backlog, sprint planning, architecture decisions, QA gates, and release planning • Integrate AdAstra Connect so assessment results, certifications, and training history are written directly to linguist records • Open the platform to third-party trainers and establish the free-versus-paid content model • Create revenue lines for interpreter continuing education, client-licensed learning programs, and AI Agent Training engagements • Run sprint reviews with engineers and qualification-standard conversations with Recruitment • Deliver a live, integrated, actively used, and revenue-generating Skills Academy within twelve months
• 3 - 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner, Platform Manager, or Technical Program Manager in a platform environment • Hands-on LMS and platform architecture fluency — SCORM/xAPI, SSO, video delivery infrastructure, assessment engines, credential tracking, and learning analytics • Experience working inside engineering teams, not simply adjacent to them • Ability to write technical specifications and translate complex requirements into business decisions • Experience with integrations, APIs, data models, and SaaS platforms • AI governance awareness including adaptive learning, agentic features, privacy, and security-by-design principles • Minimum four-hour daily overlap with 9:00 AM–5:00 PM US Eastern
