📋 Description
• Responsible for growth and management of client relationships • Drive strategic marketing plans and exceed clients’ expectations • Lead a team that consists of Web Designers, Graphic Designers, SEO Specialists, and more • Create monthly reporting for clients and lead standing monthly meetings • Act as the client’s point of contact and lead overall communication • Shape the “story” of each client meeting
🎯 Requirements
• Eight to ten years of client service experience • At least five years of direct experience in advertising client service • Experience in executing both traditional communications as well as digital media strategies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience in managing and leading internal teams and clients to deliver successful projects • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and efficient at managing client budgets
