📋 Description

• Analyze asset performance and identify opportunities to improve returns • Monitor financial and operational KPIs across the portfolio • Build and maintain Excel-based analyses and reporting • Partner with internal teams to execute strategic initiatives • Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning • Review data, identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions • Ensure accuracy across reports, financial information, and documentation • Take ownership of projects from start to finish while managing competing priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or similar • 2–5 years of experience in consulting, finance, investments, real estate or analytical roles • Advanced Excel skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Exceptional attention to detail • Ownership mindset with a proactive attitude • Adaptable and eager to learn • Comfortable receiving and providing feedback • Strong communication skills • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
