📋 Description

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement across EMEA and APAC • Drive and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans, campaigns, and promotional activities for geographical expansion • Lead development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, events, etc.) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth • Track, analyse, and report on performance marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation • Create compelling design and copy with the in-house Studio Team to support campaigns and events and ensure regional relevance • Plan and implement conference participation and Addepar-hosted client events, liaising with conference organisers and tracking commercial ROI • Optimise tracking and reporting through Salesforce, including commercial opportunities, contacts and leads created • Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, client management and external partners to deliver joint marketing initiatives • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform marketing strategies • Work with marketing operations to leverage marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA would be a plus) • Substantial experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the financial technology or software industry • Event management experience • Proven experience managing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, content, events, social, media) • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms • Creative thinker with a strategic, results-driven mindset • Proactive and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities • Willingness to travel when required
