📋 Description

• Own the daily execution of Borrowing Base calculations, loan sales, and operational workflows • Ensure data integrity and on-time lender submissions to protect Addi's liquidity • Design and document daily monitoring and reporting workflows and coordination protocols • Independently execute end-to-end Borrowing Base calculations and loan sale processes in Databricks and Excel • Partner with the data team to automate manual balance updates and reduce handling across high-volume Excel files • Maintain a lender-specific cut-off calendar and proactively flag at-risk deliverables • Reorganize and standardize the Drive repository with version control and filing conventions • Ensure CMO files can be located and verified during lender or regulatory audits

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years working in a financial institution, asset manager, brokerage, or regulated-credit fintech with direct exposure to capital markets or treasury operations • Experience with hard external deadlines and zero-error processes such as settlements, reconciliations, credit facility reporting, or similar • Experience owning daily financial reporting or operational processes with downstream cash-flow, lender, or regulatory consequences • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, data validation, and optimization of large files • Ability to interpret Databricks query outputs and translate them into operational reports independently • SQL proficiency for data retrieval and basic scripting is a plus; willingness to learn is required • Experience managing daily or intraday deliverables with external cut-off times • Track record of proactively flagging operational risks • Experience maintaining audit-ready financial documentation, including version control, naming conventions, and access management • Experience supporting or preparing for an actual audit • Experience identifying manual processes for automation and collaborating with data or engineering teams to automate workflows • Regular use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot for documentation, analysis, or repetitive work • Ability to critically validate and edit AI outputs • Conversational English level requested in the application form
