• Lead Addi's tax function across Colombia, US, and Cayman Islands • Design and operate a multi-jurisdiction compliance calendar • Own end-to-end annual filings • Take full ownership of all tax-related close inputs • Develop the consolidated ETR model • Deliver real results — filed positions, signed agreements, approved policies • Lead tax's contribution to Addi's Finance AI Champions program
