📋 Description

• Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements • Understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications • Prepare documents such as requirements specifications, use cases, and process flows • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, development teams, and other involved areas • Support the technical team in interpreting requirements and clarifying questions • Identify risks and impacts of requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle • Ensure traceability of requirements and their validation with users • Work collaboratively using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Requirements Analyst or in a similar role • Knowledge of requirements elicitation and documentation techniques • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Azure DevOps) • Strong communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience in software development and systems architecture is a plus • Experience with large-scale projects and complex systems • Experience with acceptance testing and requirements validation
